aibd24 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal request, or at any point where we deem it necessary for security or compliance purposes, we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable period, or submission of fraudulent documentation, will result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose these details to any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify aibd24 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. aibd24 accepts no liability for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
aibd24 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions, and applies OTP-based two-factor authentication on new device login attempts. These measures supplement — but do not replace — your own responsibility to safeguard your Account credentials.
All transactions on the aibd24 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). aibd24 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, subject to availability from time to time.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days to clear.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within one to four hours during BST business hours. Withdrawals are made exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. aibd24 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Third-Party Payments: You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. The use of a payment method belonging to another person — including a family member — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms. aibd24 reserves the right to reverse transactions and close accounts where third-party payments are detected.
aibd24 reserves the right to impose a processing fee on withdrawals where a Player has not met the minimum real-money wagering activity threshold following a deposit. Details of any applicable fees will be communicated clearly at the time of the withdrawal request.
aibd24 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all aibd24 promotions:

Sportsbook bets are final once confirmed. aibd24 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in the following limited circumstances: manifest pricing errors; event cancellation where no result can be determined; or other circumstances that aibd24 expressly identifies as qualifying for void treatment in its sports betting rules.
Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are final. No claim may be made in respect of a game result on the basis that the Player did not intend the outcome or made an error in placing the bet.
aibd24 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where there is reasonable evidence of a technical malfunction, data feed error, or any other irregularity that affected the integrity of the game or market. In such circumstances, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

aibd24 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
aibd24's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
aibd24 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
aibd24 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers where necessary for the operation of the Platform (including payment processors and KYC verification services), and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

aibd24 aims to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to use good-faith efforts to reach an amicable resolution before pursuing any other remedy.
